Lieutenant Colonel David S. Chadsey is Commander, 66th Weapons Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV. The 66 WPS executes the USAF Weapons School's A-10 and JTAC Weapons Instructor Courses, with the mission to build critically-thinking joint-minded Weapons Officers to lead integration in joint air-ground operations. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 2000, receiving a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He is a graduate of the Army's Command and General Staff College (CGSC), and holds Master's Degrees in Military Arts and Science from CGSC, and in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University. Lt Col Chadsey is a Command Pilot with more than 2,500 hours in the A-10A and A-10C. He has served as an A-10 Instructor Pilot, Forward Air Controller, Weapons Officer, Weapons School Chief of Integration, and has three tours in OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM with over 500 combat hours.
