Timothy D. Soper is currently a part-time student in the National Intelligence University’s Master of Science of Strategic Intelligence program. During the day, he works as an intelligence research specialist for the Department of Homeland Security. He is a former Presidential Management Fellow and alumnus of Syracuse University’s Maxwell School.
