Lieutenant Colonel Richard Snodgrass is a Reserve Civil Affairs officer assigned as the Chief of Governance with the 360th CA BDE (Airborne) at Ft. Jackson, SC. He is currently a student in the Advanced Joint Professional Military Education (AJPME) at the Joint Forces Staff College.
