Lt Col Mark T. Peters II is the Operations Division Chief for the 625 Operations Center at Joint Base San Antonio- Lackland. He is an active duty Air Force officer specializing in Intelligence and rated for cyber operations. Among other accomplishments, he holds a Doctorate in Strategic Security from Henley-Putnam University and a forthcoming book, “Cashing in on Cyberpower” from the University of Nebraska addressing economic cyber activity by state and non-state actors.
