Usha Sutliff is a Specialist in the LAPD Reserve Corp and has worked in a number of capacities with the LAPD Counter-Terrorism & Special Operations Bureau since 2006. Most recently she developed and led a national LAPD training program, "Policing Convergent Threats in the 21st Century," which focused on developing state and local criminal intelligence and investigative strategies to counter transnational, criminal threats. Usha also works as a consultant in the law enforcement and homeland security fields.
