Ido Levy is a Master of Public Policy candidate at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and an editor at the Georgetown Public Policy Review journal. He studied government, global affairs, and counter-terrorism at Israel’s Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC) and has done research at the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) and the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT).
