Ms. Eviya Vitola currently works in the International Partnership Division for USAFRICOM’s J5, Strategy Engagement and Program Directorate. She has a degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and a graduate degree in International Studies. Prior to her current assignment she worked in the Department of Homeland Security’s Homeland Counterterrorism Division and Border Security Division.
