David C. Jennen is a retired U.S. Army officer with 22 years of service. In 2009, Mr. Jennen departed Iraq where he was pursuing counter IED efforts with TF ODIN and began his career with USCENTCOM as a Network Attack team member and Interagency Planner. Mr. Jennen became a Counter Threat Finance practitioner in 2011 and is currently the Interagency Coordination and Targeting Branch Chief for threat groups in the Central and South Asia sub-regions. An Infantryman for his 22-year military career, he served in special operations and conventional forces in both Operations Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. Mr. Jennen has planned, coordinated, and lead Counter Threat Finance efforts throughout the Central Command Area of Responsibility.
