Colonel David E. Williams, Jr., USAF, is currently the Mission Assurance Division Chief at US Strategic Command. He was commissioned through ROTC at the University of Memphis in 1995. Col Williams earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Memphis in 1995, an MA in Counseling from Liberty University in 2006, and an MA in Homeland Security from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2009. Prior to his current assignment, Col Williams served as the 39th Mission Support Group Commander, Incirlik AB Turkey.
