Dr. Daniel H. Heinke serves as Chief of Detectives and Director, State Bureau of Investigation with the Polizei Bremen (Bremen state police), Germany. Concurrently he is an adjunct professor for criminal law and terrorism studies at the University of Applied Sciences (Public Administration), Bremen, Germany, a visiting professor at the German Police University, Münster, Germany, a military professor (LTC [Res]) for counter-terrorism at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, and an associate fellow at the International Centre for the Study of Radicalisation and Political Violence (ICSR), King’s College London.
