William Reber was born and raised in the beautiful suburbs of Westchester County New York. He has served for thirteen years and continues to serve as an US Army Special Operations Civil Affairs Officer. He is happily married and a father of three girls, 9 to 13 years old. He has a BA in History and is currently earning his master’s degree in defense analysis from the Naval Post Graduate School, Monterey California.
