Lieutenant Colonel Russell Worth Parker is a career United States Marine Corps Special Operations Officer, currently assigned to Headquarters, US Special Operations Command. He is a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and the Florida State University College of Law. He is currently a candidate for a Master of Arts in Conflict Management and Resolution at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington.
