Rudy L. Novak is a U.S. Air Force Officer and Senior Air Battle Manager with over 1,900 hours onboard the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System. Currently stationed at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma; he is the Chief of Contingency Operations, responsible for worldwide deployment of the E-3. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
