Colonel Mike McGuire is the Director of Combat Developments for a SOCOM unit. He has served as a tactical and commander for counter-terrorist operational task forces at the O4/O5/O6 levels. He holds a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from MIT and a Master’s degree from Stanford’s Graduate School for Business.
