Lieutenant Commander Keith B. Klemm, USN, is currently serving as Contracting Officer, in NATO Supreme Allied Commander Transformation, BUDFIN. He was commissioned through OCS 2000. LCDR Klemm earned a BS in Business Management from Tennessee Tech University in 1999 and a MS in Supply Chain Management from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2011. Prior to his current assignment, LCDR Klemm served as P-8 and P-3 Integrated Weapons System Team Director at Weapon Systems Support Command.
