Commander Jeff Grubb is a Naval Aerospace Experimental Psychologist currently serving as the Human Factors Lead for USSOCOM’s Joint Acquisition Task Force. He holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Denver.
