Guido Torres served in the U.S. Army and is a DoD Civilian with over 20 years in the intelligence community. He holds a B.A. in Intelligence Studies and is an M.A. in Global Security [and Strategic Studies] candidate at Johns Hopkins University. He has spent the preponderance of his government service in the special operations community, operating at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
