Clement W. Rittenhouse

BIO

Clement W. (Bill) Rittenhouse has more than 40 years of government service both in uniform and as a career civil servant.  He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in history and political science.  Upon graduation, he was commissioned a lieutenant of Field Artillery in the United States Army. Prior to coming to the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, he served as chief of concepts in the Directorate of Combat Developments at Fort Sill, OK.  He is currently serving as Chief, Joint Interdependency Coordination division within the Army Capabilities Integration Center, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, Fort Eustis, VA.
