David C. Eckley

David C. Eckley is an Army intelligence officer and cartographic scientist with four years’ experience in U.S. Southern Command’s Joint Operations Area.  He most recently served as the J2 for Joint Task Force Bravo in Honduras from 2011-2012.  He is the author of the article “Evaluating the spatiotemporal clustering of traffic incidents,” published in the academic journal Computers, Environment and Urban Systems.
