Ron Penninger is Vice President of ALQIMI National Security, an analytical firm focusing on security and military studies, based in Rockville, Maryland and Arlington, Virginia. Mr. Penninger is a Senior Chief Petty Officer in the US Naval Reserve, and a veteran of the Iraq and Afghan Wars. He is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan University of Norfolk, Virginia and of the National Intelligence University, of Washington, DC.
