LTC Karen J. Dill is the Operations Officer for the Chicago based Defense Coordinating Element V which participated in VR 13 and deployed in the Hurricane Isaac response. She previously deployed to provide DSCA support for Hurricane Irene in New Jersey, UN General Assembly 66 in New York, and the 2012 NATO Summit in Chicago.
