Jai Singh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts degree (with honors) in Intelligence Studies with a focus on Terrorism Studies from the American Public University. The focus of his thesis was on the strategic, theater and operational characteristics of the Haqqani network. He has previously published his work in the Small War Journal and is currently engaged in the development of quantitative methods for modeling the development and promulgation of insurgency.
