From June 2008 – November 2009 Diane Maye worked in Baghdad, Iraq as the Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager for a government contract that provided 400 bilingual-bicultural advisors to the Department of Defense and the State Department’s Provincial Reconstruction Teams. Ms. Maye is a former Air Force Captain and is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and the Naval Postgraduate School. She is currently working on her PhD at George Mason University.
