Major Jason Howk is a U.S. Army Foreign Area Officer focused on South Asia. He has served two tours in Afghanistan working on projects whose success depended on cooperation with numerous Afghan, U.S. and multi-national military and civilian agencies; International Government Organizations (IGOs); and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
