MAJ Charles Faint is a Military Intelligence officer, and MAJ Michael Harris is a Special Forces officer.  Between the two of them, they have held various leadership and staff positions in the Joint Special Operations Command, the 7^th Special Forces Group, the 5^th Special Forces Group, the 75^th Ranger Regiment, and the 160^th Special Operations Aviation Regiment.  They also served a combined total of 11 combat tours in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Chelsea Daymon is an independent researcher living in Washington D.C. She holds an M.A. in Near and Middle Eastern studies from University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies, and B.A. in Oriental Studies from Cambridge University (UK).

Chris Lundry is Assistant Research Professor in the Hugh Downs School of Communication at Arizona State University and Chair of the Southeast Asia Council. He is currently housed in the Center for Strategic Communication, where he is the group's Southeast Asia expert. His past work has centered on violence, rebellion and separatism in Indonesia. 

Chris Paparone is an associate professor, Department of Joint, Interagency, and Multinational Operations, US Army Command & General Staff College, at the Fort Lee Virginia Campus.  He is also a retired Army colonel with 29 years of active service.   He has published numerous articles and book chapters and is currently working on a book titled "Military Design and a Critique of Modern Military Science."

Chris Rawley is a civilian counter-terrorism planner at US Special Operations Command’s Interagency Task Force.  He is also a surface warfare officer in the United States Navy Reserve, having served in Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, the Persian Gulf, and Western Pacific. He writes on irregular warfare issues at the maritime strategy blog, Information Dissemination. 

Major Chris Wachter, USAF, is chief of the Irregular Warfare Concepts Branch for the director of operations, Headquarters, US Air Force, Washington, DC. He is responsible for developing strategy, plans, and policy to organize, train, and equip Air Force air, space, and cyberspace forces for irregular warfare. A B-1 instructor pilot who has flown combat missions in Operations Southern Watch, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom, he previously served as the assistant director of operations for the 77^th Weapons Squadron, US Air Force Weapons School.

Christian Bayer Tygesen has a M.Sc. in Political Science from Copenhagen University. He is writing his PhD dissertation on Afghanistan’s civil-military relations. In 2011 and 2012 he conducted field work and other assignments in Afghanistan.

Christopher Alexander is the Managing Director, Communication and Analysis, at SIC Group, and has over 10 years’ experience in Information Operations and over 7 years’ experience in applied anthropology.  His Certifications include the Joint Special Operations Information Operations Planner Course, Joint Targeting School, and the precursor to the Tactical Information Operations Course. Christopher was also an instructor for the Army FA-30 IO Officer Course.  He was the first ever tribal analyst for the Human Terrain Systems project when the program was earlier known as Cultural Preparation of the Environment, and managed a year-long communication and research program for the US Department of State in Mali, setting up a nation-wide polling network and a production facility was responsible for nearly 1000 15-minute radio serial drama episodes in four languages. Christopher ran counter-propaganda programs in Iraq aimed at understanding and responding to Al-Qaeda propaganda from 2005-2010.

CW2 Christopher Wilkerson is assigned to an Operational Detachment – Alpha in 1st Battalion, 1st Special Forces Group in Okinawa, Japan.  He completed the Special Forces Qualification Course as a Medical Sergeant in 2002 prior to volunteering and selection as a Special Forces Warrant Officer in 2010.  To date he has conducted combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Philippines, while conducting FID, COIN and SA operations throughout SE Asia.

Colin Jones is a second-year Master's Candidate at the Elliott School of International Affairs, specializing in U.S. Foreign Policy. He graduated in 2010 from the University of Virginia, with majors in History and Foreign Affairs, concentrating on the Middle East. He lives in Northern Virginia.
