Maj Chelsea B. Payne, MPH, MD is an International Health Specialist in the United States Air Force. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine. Maj Payne is currently completing a second residency in Preventive Medicine at the Uniformed Services University, Bethesda, MD.
