You mean the same Kagans involved with Petraeus' "successful" Iraqi Surge? And the 34 minute paean to their, and American military, prowess in 'turning a losing proposition around' by doing what should have been done 7 years sooner ... leaving. Mind you that isn't their 'take'.
Any commander worth his salt will take all the civilian help he can get. Petraeus started with an Iraqi barber and finessed 'Tell me were's the bad guys' into vic'try.
