Comments

Marine Corps and Army writers are currently collaborating on the revision of the dual service COIN manual in an effort to ensure the manual is more applicable to the future efforts at influencing and countering insurgencies, incorportating many of the lessons learned of OIF and OEF as well as ensuring it is more readable. Effort is to focus on insurgencies first then address methods of countering and influencing them.
