Slap, forgot to add; third time living in FL, other than epic weather events I like it. Starting up a small business is one of the hardest things I've ever done and that includes 20-years in the Marine Corps. First time in my life living month to month in terms of expenses. That said, should have some "break-through" events in the fall and into the spring. Keeping fingers crossed and knocking on wood when I can actually find real wood;-)
