You're leaving out an element that I imagine helped the Kapisa PSYOP campaign: proximity to Bagram and Kabul, which would help speed the process for approving PSYOP products. I know PSYOP products would have been more prolific in my AO if it weren't for the lengthy process for getting products approved.

Mysteriously, any time something looked like it might remotely threaten Bagram, the resources of the entire country would be tasked to respond to it.
