Major Spencer Phillips is a U.S. Army Aviator and Central and South Asian Foreign Area Officer (FAO) currently assigned to U.S. Army Central. He has a M.A. in International Relations from the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University, and a M.Sc. in Military Studies from the Bangladesh University of Professionals in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
