Dr. Robert M. Kerr is a professor in the Department of Joint Warfighting at the Air Command and Staff College. He has direct operational experience in Iraq, and has taught Combat and General Purpose Force Air Advisors on the political and cultural aspects of stability operations and COIN in the CENTCOM and INDOPACOM AORs.
