Raymond Miller

Raymond Miller  is currently a cleared consultant for the U.S. Government where he works on several classified and unclassified contracts. Ray speaks English and Arabic with several dialects. Ray served in the Marine Corps for 9 years and has almost 13 years of investigative experience. Ray’s other research projects have been on “Somali Xeer” and “The Effect of the Arab Honor Code on Middle East Security.” Ray has a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies with a concentration in Special Operations / Low Intensity Conflicts and is pursuing his Masters degree in National Security Studies with emphasis on the Middle East and North Africa.

Miller traces the history of conflict resolution and negotiation during the four Tuareg rebellions in Mali, focusing primarily on the role of ideology.
