Captain Patrick C. Brien is a graduate of the University of Rochester and an Infantry Officer with 9 years of service, including 3 combat deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Having spent the majority of his time in Afghanistan in the tumultuous and COIN centric South, he was part of the historic surge into Kandahar Province in 2010-2011 conducting combat operations in the Arghandab River Valley with the 4th Infantry Division. He is currently stationed in Savannah, GA.
