Oliver Lotze is a German Army officer who is currently serving as Military Advisor to the National Land Forces Academy of Ukraine in Lviv. He is an Armored Officer with Leadership experience on the Battalion and Company level. He served previously as Instructor for Tactics and Leadership at German Army Officer School. He holds an Masters of Sport Science from Germany Armed Forces University and a Masters in Defence Studies from the Canadian Forces College.
