Kevin Freese

Kevin Freese is a researcher for the U.S. Army’s Foreign Military Studies Office (FMSO) in Fort Leavenworth, KS. FMSO’s work specializes in foreign perspectives of the under-considered and under-studied issues affecting the operational environment. Kevin’s research interests include open source research best practices, Western Hemisphere security issues, and international activities in space. Kevin is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and is currently an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He holds a BA from Truman State University and an MA from University College London, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
