James D. Fielder

Maj James D. Fielder is the Chief of Strategic ISR Analysis at the Air Force ISR Agency.  He holds a Ph.D. from The University of Iowa, M.A. from Air Command and Staff College, M.A. from American Military University, and B.A. from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.  He has served in numerous enlisted and commissioned intelligence positions and also served as an assistant professor of political science at the U.S. Air Force Academy.  The views expressed are solely those of the author and do not reflect the official viewpoints or policies of the Department of Defense or the U.S. Government.
