David Forsythe

David Forsythe is the professor Emeritus at The University of Nebraska and is widely regarded as having been among the first to help establish the study of human rights and humanitarian affairs in the disciplines of political science and international relations. He is the author of Human Rights In International Relations as well as a number of other acclaimed publications on the same topic.
