Andrew Hall

Colonel Andrew O. Hall was commissioned in 1991 from the United States Military Academy as an Infantry Officer.  He has a BS in Computer Science, a MS in Applied Mathematics, and a Ph.D. in Management Science.  He previously served as the Chief of the Military Personnel Structure and Plans Division in the Army G-1 where he was instrumental in the establishment of the Cyber Branch and is currently assigned as the Director of the Army Cyber Institute at West Point.
