Andrew B. Nocks

 Lieutenant Colonel Andrew B. Nocks, U.S. Army, Retired, serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Army Tactics, U.S. Army Command and General Staff School. He holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and a M.S. in Administration from Central Michigan University.  He served in numerous command, operations and planning positions during his 22 years of active duty service. His last operational assignment was with the 3rd US Army, Coalition Forces Land Component Command's (CFLCC) Deep Operation Coordination Cell (DOCC) during OEF-1.

The Army is a learning organization, but it must avoid learning mumbo-jumbo.
